Abstract
Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome is characterized by a combination of vascular abnormalities and limb hypertrophy. Pleural effusion as a manifestation of this syndrome is almost never mentioned in the literature. We present a case of persistent bilateral pleural effusion in a patient with Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome and share our experiences treating this scenario.Entities:
