Abstract
Pseudomonas sp. strain L5B5 is an antimicrobial-producing bacterium isolated from an air sample collected in a pyrite mine in Lousal, Portugal. Genomic analyses predicted genes involved in virulence factors. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of this bacterium, which consists of a circular chromosome with a length of 6,811,662 bp.Entities:
