Abstract
BACKGROUND: Orthostatic hypotension (OH) is a poorly understood complication of simultaneous pancreas-kidney (SPK) transplantation. We sought to determine the incidence, timing, and relationship of OH to rapid glycemic control in the early posttransplant period.Entities:
