Cornea guttata in donor material.

F Bigar, B Schimmelpfennig, R Hürzeler.

Abstract

Specular microscopy made it possible to detect cornea guttata changes within the regular reflection off the posterior surface of the cornea in donor matrial. Small, roundish lesions were present in mild forms within an otherwise intact endothelium, and in advanced cases, large warts were seen free of endothelial cell coverage.
