Abstract
Follicular T-helper cells play a key role in orchestrating the germinal center response. Cellular dynamics revealed by intravital imaging have helped deepen our understanding of how follicular T-helper cells develop and function in vivo. Here we describe routine methods to image T-cell dynamics during germinal center responses. Methods for quantitative analysis of imaging data are detailed using published examples.Entities:
