Abstract
Laparotomy in a 62-year-old woman with elevated serum CA 125 antigen levels with the provisional diagnosis of ovarian carcinoma revealed peritoneal tuberculosis. After treatment with the bacteriocidal chemotherapeutic agents, the antigen level returned to the normal, and she has been well for 24 months postoperatively.Entities:
