Abstract
An unusual case of leukaemia in a patient with Hodgkin's disease is described. The leukaemic blast cell population was typified by the presence of a substantial proportion of binucleate and multinucleate cells, many of which had the morphological features of Sternberg-Reed cells. The circulating and bone marrow blast cells were shown by immunophenotyping to be of myeloid origin.Entities:
