Abstract
OBJECTIVE: The current study aimed to present the clinical outcomes of 76 azoospermic patients with non-mosaic Klinefelter syndrome (KS), treated with testicular spermatozoa extraction (TESE) followed by intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) using either fresh or cryopreserved testicular spermatozoa.Entities:
