Abstract
A procedure for relocation of the inferior alveolar nerve to facilitate placement of endosseous implants is described. The technique permits placement of implants in an atrophied mandibular alveolar ridge that lacks sufficient vertical height superior to the mandibular canal. Placement of a fixed prosthesis instead of a removable appliance is facilitated.Mesh：
