Abstract
A patient with classical rheumatoid arthritis presented with a primary intracranial histiocytic lymphoma. He had not received cytotoxic drugs and had no evidence for Sjögren's syndrome or immunodeficiency. Previous radiation therapy to the shoulders is regarded as a possible, though unlikely, risk factor.Entities:
