Abstract
Background: The 2019 coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic placed unprecedented strains on the U.S. health care system, putting health care workers (HCWs) at increased risk for experiencing moral injury (MI). One-way ANOVA, post hoc analysis with the Bonferroni corrections shows significant difference between 0 and 10 years of experience and 10–20 years of experience and 20+ years of experience (p = 0.037 and p ≤ 0.01, respectively), and 10–20 years experience and 20+ years experience (p = 0.044).
