Abstract
INTRODUCTION: During the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, most primary and specialist care outpatient clinics have started to offer their patients teleconsultation appointments as well as electronic prescriptions and referrals. For many patients, it was the only available way to access medical care.Entities:
