The differentially expressed genes (DEGs). 169 DEGs were identified from GSE19804, with 39 upregulated and 130 downregulated genes expressed in nonsmoking female lung cancer patients compared to adjacent normal controls. Each group was sorted by fold change, from the largest to smallest (∣log2 FC | ≥2, adjust p value < 0.01).
