FIGURE 2U.S. heat map of 2016 Part‐D neurotologist‐prescribed cost distributions. The cost was standardized by dividing the state's total cost by the number of Part‐D eligible residents in that state. Of the states with neurotologists data, this cost ranged between $0.10 and $2.14 per eligible resident
