Abstract
A combined whole-exome and targeted sequencing study of 110 cases of human immunodeficiency virus-associated plasmablastic lymphomas revealed a distinct landscape of genetic lesions for this lymphoma entity, including a particular role of mutations in STAT3 and other members of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, and of the RAS family in its pathogenesis.
