Abstract
We present a case of successful balloon angioplasty of native aortic coarctation in a preterm infant, a donor of twin-twin transfusion syndrome with low birth weight. Angioplasty was done at the age of 15 days and weight of 480 g, using umbilical artery approach. Follow-up at 4 months of age showed no recurrence of coarctation.Entities:
