Abstract
This case report describes an unusual benign neural tumor involving the lip. It appeared clinically as a gradually enlarging, painless growth arising on the lower lip. Microscopically, it was characterized by whorls of spindle-shaped cells with abundant myxoid cytoplasm and stroma.Entities:
