Pile suture: a new technique for the treatment of haemorrhoids.

Abstract

A new technique for the treatment of haemorrhoids, termed pile suture, is described. It appears to have significant advantages over conventional haemorrhoidectomy both in terms of incidence of complications and patient comfort.
