Abstract
Six cases of talon cusp in the primary dentition are reported, bringing to ten the total cases described in the literature. The dental anomaly affected only maxillary primary central incisors, and no succedaneous teeth were affected. None of the ten cases were associated with any abnormal development syndrome. Clinical observations suggest that the incidence of talon cusps in the primary dentition may be not lower than that in the permanent dentition in Chinese children.Entities:
