Abstract
A four-year-old female developed pulmonary aspiration during nasal tracheal intubation after induction of general anesthesia. The earliest sign of aspiration was the hypoxemia that was recorded with a pulse oximeter. A discussion of treatment and criteria for discharge is presented.Entities:
