Abstract
BACKGROUND: Adenomatous hyperplasia (AH) is an uncommon benign lesion of the gallbladder (GB), predominantly seen in men. AH is commonly confused with malignant GB neoplasms in the setting of chronic cholecystitis and gallstones.
