FIGURE 1(a) The contrast‐enhanced computed tomography showed a strip‐like tumor with slight peripheral enhancement but no obvious enhancement for the rest in the left pleural cavity. (b) A grayish‐white lobulated solid tumor with a mesentery and three microvascular pedicles connected to the diaphragm was observed during surgery. (c) Gross appearance of the resected specimen showed a grayish‐white lobulated solid tumor with a mesentery and three microvascular pedicles, which are connected to the diaphragm
FIGURE 2(a) Histological hematoxylin and eosin staining examination revealed that the tumor was hypocellular and consisted of spindle‐shaped and stellate‐shaped fibroblastic cells embedded in an abundant collagenous or myxoid stroma (original magnification ×60). (b) Immunohistochemistryrevealed focally positive for smooth muscle actin (original magnification ×150)
