Abstract
Use of flow cytometry (FCM) for bacteria quantification is growing in the food industry. We report here a FCM method using a double-staining LDS751/SYTO24 for the quantification of probiotic Bacillus viable cells and its spores, with potential application for the control of commercial product specifications.Entities:
