Three isodicentric Philadelphia chromosomes in acute phase of chronic myeloid leukemia: a case report.

Abstract

This report describes a case of blast crisis in chronic myeloid leukemia with the occurrence of isodicentric Ph chromosomes. We briefly review observations on isoPh chromosomes in chronic myeloid leukemia.
