Abstract
BACKGROUND: Myocardial damage and decreased ventricular function are risk factors leading to a bad prognosis in patients with essential hypertension (EH). MicroRNAs play important roles in myocardial function impairment in patients with hypertension. The purpose of our research was to investigate the correlation between serum miR-122 and myocardial damage and ventricular functions in EH patients.Entities:
