For Awareness and Usage, the frequencies indicate participants who reported as being aware of and having used the service, respectively.
The usefulness of the services was measured only by the respondents who reported as having used respective services.
COVID-19 application services inlude stimulus check, emergency supports, and temporary unemployment benefits.
COVID-19 information services inlude daily case counts, quarantine process data, regular briefings by the government, and instructions for self-quarantine.
Gap was calculated by subtractin the mean of PWD from the mean of PWOD.
Frequencies change in the perception of internet/mobile technology during the COVID-19 pandemic.
| Internet and mobile technology have become more important than before in our lives. | A lack of the ability to use the Internet and mobile technology will leave people behind in society. | I hope for more opportunities to learn Internet and mobile technology. | |||||||
