Abstract
BACKGROUND AND AIM: Endometriosis affects the ovaries and causes a decrease in the oocyte quality during endometrial receptivity. During the development of ovarian follicles, paracrine communication occurs between granulosa cells and oocytes. This study was conducted to determine the effects of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation on tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) receptor 1 (TNFR1) expression, granulosa cell apoptosis, and folliculogenesis in endometriosis mouse models.Entities:

The IRS semi-quantitative scale is the result of multiplying the positive cell percentage score (A) and the color reaction intensity score (B), IRS = (A × B).
| A | B |
|---|---|
| Score 0: No positive cells | Score 0: No color reaction |
| Score 1: Positive cells <10% | Score 1: Low color intensity |
| Score 2: Positive cells between from 11%to 50% | Score 2: Medium color intensity |
| Score 3: Positive cells between from 51%to 80% | Score 3: High color intensity |
| Score 4: Positive cells over than 80% |
