BACKGROUND: There is significant underutilisation of allocated health service resources when a scheduled flexible cystoscopy (FC) is cancelled because a pre-cystoscopy urinalysis (PCU) suggests "infection", despite patients being asymptomatic for urinary tract infection (UTI).Entities:
