Abstract
Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are an important class of pervasive genes involved in a variety of biological functions. The abnormal expression of lncRNAs has been implicated in a range of many human diseases, including cancer. To date, a small number of functional lncRNAs have been well characterized. lncRNA expression profiling may help to identify useful molecular biomarkers and targets for novel therapeutic approaches. In this chapter, we describe a highly efficient lncRNA expression profiling method using a custom-designed microarray.Entities:
