Abstract
BACKGROUND: Canine circovirus is reported in dogs in many countries, including the USA, China and Thailand. It has been detected in healthy dogs and dogs with diarrhea, hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, and vasculitis. It comprises five genotypes and is frequently found as a coinfection with canine parvovirus-2 (CPV-2). AIM: To characterize canine circovirus genotypes co-circulating with CPV-2 in Vietnam.Entities:
