[Bone concentration of a new antimicrobial agent azlocillin (author's transl)].

Abstract

The literature regarding bone level concentrations of different antimicrobial agents is reviewed. The investigation using Azlocillin shows a sufficiantly high concentration in human bone to include this agent among other semisynthetic penicillins.
