Abstract
A recent paper by Naderi et al. published in eLife shows that pair bonding in monogamous mice is protective against tumor growth, likely via changes in serum factors and cancer cell transcription. We propose that studying the pathway linking social stimuli to cancer cell gene regulation offers a means to identify novel pharmacological targets.Entities:
