Abstract
BACKGROUND: During infectious outbreaks like COVID-19, it is essential that every healthcare personnel (HCP) strictly adheres to infection prevention and control (IPC) policies. To boost IPC measures, training to reinforce preventive practices, which are pertinent to needs and encompass the expectations of the HCP, is indispensable. Thus, these expectations of the HCP should be explored.Entities:
