The case report titled “Survival in human rabies but left against medical advice and death followed – Community education is the need of the hour” published in Journal of Family Medicine and Primary Care, on pages 1736-1740, Volume 9, Issue 3, 2020 [1], is being retracted because table 1 on page number 1737 and table 2 on page number 1739 is copyrighted and permission to re-use is not available. Plagiarism, fabrication, duplication, copyright infringement, unethical or redundant publication violates the editorial policy of Journal of Family Medicine and Primary Care, which follows best practice guidelines given by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) mentioned on the Information for Authors and as codified in the signed statements made by the authors regarding the copyright of their work.
