[Management of acute facial injuries with microsurgical technics].

Abstract

The indication of the microsurgical treatment of face injuries after amputation of the scalp, midface and ear is demonstrated by clinical cases. Since 1980-1987 we replanted five scalps, two midfaces and two ears. We could demonstrate good aesthetic and functional results.
