Abstract
The use of polymeric carbon nitride (PCN) for photoredox catalysis is innovating and promoting us toward sustainable energy economy. One of the drawbacks of this metal-free photocatalyst is its insufficient charge separation and transfer properties. Herein, we has achieved a metal-free system by anchoring PCN on conductive carbon cloth, which faciliates the charge separation and transport for the photoexcitation charges. Both photoelectrochemical (PEC) water oxidation and photocatalytic overall water splitting have acquired and the performances are improved for two times with respect to the powder PCN.Entities:
