Embedding of an inverted hard contact lens.

Abstract

We report the embedding of an inverted contact lens into the upper lid. Inversion of the lens was probably instrumental in giving rise to symptoms of mucoid discharge and in reducing the elapsed time between lens loss and presentation to eight weeks.
