On 9366 days between December 2019 and June 2020, no response was recorded in the app: on 3529 days (38%) before March 15, 2020 and on 5837 days (62%) from March 15.
Unless stated otherwise.
P value was estimated using a multilevel logistic regression while adding a random intercept to account for baseline variation between participants. We calculated the variance assuming independently and identically distributed error across clusters of individuals.
IQR, interquartile range.
