Abstract
There are limited studies on the coinfection of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) with nontuberculous mycobacteria. Here, we briefly describe the reactivation of Mycobacterium simiae infection in a patient who had recovered from COVID-19 in October 2020, Iran.
