Surgical neuroangiography of intracranial lesions.

A Berenstein1, I S Choi.

Abstract

Surgical neuroangiography of intracranial vascular lesions is one of the advances in modern neuroradiology. Improved microcatheters permit safer catheterization of very distal intracranial and intracerebral vessels. With proper embolic materials various cerebrovascular problems can be effectively treated by endovascular embolization.
