| CNMP >3 months | Use of vitamin D or calcium supplements in last 4 months |
| Patients with serum haemoglobin ≥9 g/dl | Patients suffering from anaemia (haemoglobin <9 g/dl). Patients suffering from any underlying disorder that can cause pain |
