Abstract
The easing of COVID-19 restrictions in southern Africa, including Zimbabwe, has seen most countries reopening schools for face-to-face learning. In this letter we discuss the paradox of reopening schools in the COVID-19 era and proffer recommendations for safe learning environments.Entities:
