Abstract
Laryngeal webs and laryngotracheoesophageal clefts (LTECs) are rare malformations of the larynx. Both can have a wide range of symptoms. While webs typically affect voice and airway and LTECs typically affect swallowing and airway, this is not always the case. A high index of suspicion is required for timely and accurate diagnosis. A discussion of management and treatment options will be presented. Both endoscopic and open surgical techniques exist for both pathologies and will be reviewed.Entities:
