Abstract
Personal bibliographic database software is one of many products being marketed to researchers. A review of the literature reflects a growing interest in using this software in office settings. Five bibliographic database software products are compared and eight important attributes are identified. We report experience in user training and in providing support by offering discounts on software sold through the library to patrons.Mesh:
