Abstract
We have shown that metoclopramide, a dopamine-2 antagonist, failed to antagonise the ocular hypotensive action of timolol. The practical implication of combining dopamine agonists with beta-adrenoceptor antagonists in the treatment of glaucoma is discussed.Entities:
