Abstract
A patient presented with an abducted little finger due to the avulsion of the third volar interosseous muscle. For treatment, we transferred the fourth dorsal interosseous muscle arising from the ulnar side of the fourth metacarpal bone to the lateral band of the little finger.Entities:
