Abstract
The sera of 37 patients with amebic liver abscess and of 20 healthy donors were tested in Stick-ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay), and the results compared to those obtained with complement fixation, indirect hemagglutination, counterelectrophoresis, and latex agglutination. Stick-ELISA results correlated positively with those of complement fixation and indirect hemagglutination at the one percent level.Entities:
