Abstract
Our interesting electrocardiogram has two qRS morphology without features of preexcitation suggesting two atrio ventricular node conduction system. All cardiologists should be aware of this feature in heterotaxy syndrome as reentrant supraventricular tachycardia may develop in these patients.Entities:
