Abstract
We report three boys with severe hypospadias and bilaterally palpable testes with abnormalities of the Y chromosome detected by Q-banding. Severe hypospadias with palpable testes is an unusual presentation for Y chromosome abnormalities. Based on our experience, we recommend that boys with this phenotype undergo complete cytogenetic evaluation, because Y chromosome abnormalities prompt additional management concerns.Entities:
