Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on mental health. Cases of psychosis associated with SARS-CoV-2 infection have been noted. The Women's Mental Health Program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences determined four-fold increase from data from the last 5 years. We propose that the pandemic should be considered a risk factor for postpartum psychosis. Providers should emphasize sleep hygiene and monitor carefully for psychosis in postpartum women.Entities:
